3. Warranty & Support Terms
3.1 Standard support includes email and phone assistance during business hours (08:00-18:00 local time). Response times are guaranteed within 4 hours for P1 critical issues and 8 hours for P2 issues.
3.2 The Enterprise plan includes a 24-month warranty covering all hardware components supplied by Face-Int Ltd. On-site replacement is guaranteed within 48 hours of fault confirmation, subject to geographic availability. Warranty claims must be submitted via the support portal with photographic evidence of the defect.
3.3 Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of God, or force majeure events as defined in Section 9.4 of this agreement.
3.4 Extended warranty options (36-month and 60-month) are available for purchase. Contact your designated account manager for Enterprise Plus coverage pricing and terms.
